SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We can now ship almost anywhere in the world.
How much is shipping?
Within Australia, we offer free standard domestic shipping.
Express delivery is also available at checkout.
International deliveries incur a flat $20 shipping charge, but we offer free deliveries for orders over $100!
When can I expect to receive my order?
Nov 2021 Update:
Leading up to Christmas, delivery times are closer to the maximum of the date ranges.
For standard domestic deliveries, expect to receive your goods within 8-15 business days.
For express shipping, expect your delivery within 5-12 business days.
For international customers, you can expect to receive your products within 4 weeks for US, UK, and NZ customers, and within 8 weeks for most other countries.
Which company do you use for deliveries?
We use Australian Post for all domestic deliveries, as they provide reliable and affordable service. Find out about tracking and more on their website: https://auspost.com.au/.
For international deliveries, we use DHL and their fantastic international network.

Where can I find sizing information?
All our shirt sizes can be found under the Sizing tab at the bottom of the page. Make sure to find a size that fits.
I received a defective product!
We’re really sorry about that! Send us pictures to verify the defect as soon as possible and we will send you a new shirt at no cost to you.
ONLINE ORDERS
Can I cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible and we’ll try our best to cancel it. We try to ship every order quickly, but if we have not yet processed your order we can definitely cancel it for you. Contact us via Facebook Messenger or email us at info@animenia.com.au.
